This policy explains what data Soltrack AI ("we," "us") collects, why, and how we protect it. It applies to soltrack-ai.com, our marketing site, and to the GTM stack engineering services we provide to our B2B SaaS clients.

If you are a visitor who submitted an inquiry form or booked a discovery call, the only personal data we hold about you is what you provided. To delete your record at any time, email us at mikailrajabli07@gmail.com.

What we collect, and from whom

Marketing-site visitors: basic analytics (page views, referrer, anonymized IP). We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Inquiry-form submissions: name, email, phone, project budget range, and any context you write in the message body.
Discovery-call bookings: name, email, and any details you share during scheduling via Cal.com.
Client engagements: credentials and configuration data you grant us access to (Attio, Apollo, n8n, Customer.io, Cal.com, Fillout, etc.) strictly for the duration of the build and any active retainer.
Operational metadata: meeting notes, project documentation, and change logs created during the build.

How we use it

To deliver the GTM stack engineering services we provide to your team.
To respond to inquiries and provide support.
To document configurations and hand off the finished build to you.
To meet our legal and contractual obligations, including any signed mutual NDA or master services agreement.

Client data handling

When we access your CRM, automation tools, or email infrastructure during a build, we operate under a mutual NDA where applicable. Credentials are stored in a password manager with two-factor authentication, accessed only by personnel who require them for the engagement, and rotated or revoked at the end of the contract. We do not train any model on your client or pipeline data.

How long we keep it

We retain client configuration data only as long as the contract is active. On request, or within 30 days of contract end, we purge credentials and project files from our systems. Aggregated case-study metrics (e.g. "reduced lead-to-demo time by 40%") may be retained in de-identified form with your written approval.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to run our services (hosting, email, analytics). We do not sell client data, and we do not provide it to advertisers. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.

Your choices

Inquiry-form submitters: email us to delete your record at any time.
Clients: request export or deletion of your configuration data at any time per the terms of your service agreement.
