You need somebody clinical on the phone
If the first question a caller asks has to be answered by a clinician, the desk is not the bottleneck and we are not the fix.
Soltrack is built for US med spas and US dental practices, and for nothing else yet. The service behind both is the same service. What changes is the hour the money leaves, and that is enough to change how it is built.
Both land onnobody free.
They ask tonight and book with whoever answers first.
Nobody raced you for this one. It just drifted.
Neither clinic is short of demand. Both are short of somebody free to answer at the moment the demand shows up, which is rarely during a shift.
Unanswered enquiries, empty chairs, reviews nobody asked for, and a list of patients you already paid to acquire. The order they hurt in changes. The list does not.
One published number either way. A med spa is not charged more for having a bigger ticket, and a dental practice is not charged less for having a slower one.
Nothing clinical, in either vertical. Candidacy, contraindications and advice go to your provider, and that is in the build rather than in a setting somebody could switch off.
Ruling yourself out from this page costs you nothing. Finding out on the third call costs us both an afternoon.
If the first question a caller asks has to be answered by a clinician, the desk is not the bottleneck and we are not the fix.
The build assumes US numbers, US practice software and US review platforms. Everything else would be a guess.
This is a managed service. If what you want is a dashboard your team logs into and configures, buy a tool rather than hire us.
Three pages, one for each of the things a clinic usually has in place already. Same eight jobs on every one of them, and the rows say plainly where the other option does the job as well as we do.
Or rule it in yourself
Thirty minutes, and you leave with your own numbers written down whether or not you ever work with us.
