Before you write

Thirty minutes. We ask for four or five numbers you already have, and we work out what the gaps between them are worth. You get that back in writing. There is no build, no demo environment and nothing to install to get it.
No. Most owners do not know their unanswered-enquiry rate, and that is usually the most interesting number of the lot. We work it out together on the call.
The build is about two weeks from the day we have access, and the first week of it is us listening rather than shipping. We would rather be slow at the start than confidently wrong in your patients’ inbox.
